Forbidden T5 and T6

Let T5 be a crossover tier that can be played in both. I don't think T5 in lockdown is the problem. It's 500-700k guns in combination with the T5 and T6.

@brstreet3 @ArenaBreakoutPC I have the season 6 test server downloaded. Wont let me put red ammo in case. So people can't load 1 bullet at a time anymore. If they want to run red ammo it will have to be out of case unprotected. I think that might help
