@amNewYork The question you need to ask, why wasn't Chief Richard Taylor indicted and arrested for his theft of time? The monetary amount was almost equal to the amount stolen by Sergeant. Did IAB confer with the DA before adjudicating the Chiefs case? Shouldn't both face criminal charges?
