@BESUtilitiesUK shocking experience with business contract. Harassed 3 times a day for 6 weeks whilst changing tenancy and then mis sold product by 3rd party bullies acting on behalf. Complaints team can’t even reply to e mail and do the complete opposite of what’s been promised.

@HSBCUKBusiness My business has been trying to arrange funding since mid March, first on a small business loan (ridiculous rates) then on the CBIL’s scheme and now on the BBLS scheme. All I get when I call is we will escalate on high priority. Takes about 3 weeks for that call back. 1/2

@HiveHelper new customer - hive hub won’t connect being told that ISP is at fault, ISP say their service is not at fault. Customer service shocking, spoken to 5 different advisors that insist on running tests on random websites & making requests that ISP haven’t heard of. Help!!
