Over 24 hours no power - @Generac completely sucks!!!! Bought generator ($1000s of dollars for a big bad boy for piece of mind) and it DOES not work. Under warranty, customer service/Generac protocols for repair suck!! Just fix it or replace it!!! It has been over 8 months!!!

@Generac Whole house Generac broken/sucks - under warranty still broke since the summer in spite of umpteen phone calls... AND we had also bought a Generac portable that broke 3 days after the warranty and cheaper to buy something else new than to fix. Generac sucks!!!!!!!

@Generac Generac sucks!!! Our 20kW “smart” under warranty generator is still NOT working and now we have no power and still no Generac!!! Customer service is a NIGHTMARE - trying to get this fixed since hurricane season and now we have a power outage-it’s going down to 7 deg!!
