@VerizonSupport I’m sorry but again bad phone service. And voicemail still not set up properly, my husband spent another hour on phone fixing bill and voicemail and can’t book some of my appointments on line as it won’t connect even with Wi-Fi says service is down… just not happy.

@Verizon no service again put that with the absolute worst customer service ever makes my experience the hands down worst customer service of all time. So unhappy maybe this reaches anyone stay with you service don’t think the grass is greener because of ads and promotions
