Today, the APRM concluded its high-level engagements at #UNGA80 by convening a Multi-Stakeholder Dialogue: Renewed Vision for Adaptive Governance and Sustainable Development in Africa. The dialogue united strategic partners, including the AU Commission, @UNDPAfrica, @UNOSAA1, @UNDESA, and @OECD, alongside APRM member state representatives, to discuss the APRM's strategic orientation in alignment with the 2025-2028 strategic plan and Agenda 2063 priorities.

This evening at the Kigali Convention Centre, President Kagame attended the Nigerian Governors’ Executive Leadership Retreat, organized by the Nigerian Governors Forum (NGF) and @UNDP. President Kagame delivered remarks and participated in an interactive session on “Leadership in Shaping the Future of Pan-Africanism and Integration in a Changing World.”
The retreat, which convened 19 Nigerian State Governors for 3 days in Kigali, focused on digital and socio-economic transformation, local revenue generation, managing diversity and social cohesion, urbanization and climate change.
