@SleepPsych_Aus Thank you so much for sharing! I love that people are discussing this and other topics like burn out. I think this is a wonderful check in ๐
Thank you for supporting ECRs @RaineFoundation, for the inspiring talk by @ChiefSciWA and @ProfChakma. You highlight the amazing work WA researchers do and the dire need to increase funding for R&D: https://t.co/DLJauOgDmy
@SleepPsych_Aus@SleepOrgANZ @romola_bucks Hey! Thank you @SleepPsych_Aus I'm loving being part of the Behavioural Sleep Group that you work so hard on organising. It's such a lovely (and useful!) co-operative.
This is the best data I have seen that demonstrates the prevalence of #insomnia increased during the #Covid_19 pandemic.
โThe prevalence of insomnia increased from 25.4% to 32.2% (symptoms) and from 16.8% to 19% (syndrome) from 2018 to 2020โ.

@GutLiver This bowel/female reproduction connection is very interesting! Just anecdotally, there seem to be so many women with PCOS or Endo that also have bowel issues.
Loved seeing the incredible work done on an internationally unique multigenerational longitudinal dataset @RaineStudy and great to (briefly!) catch some friendly faces @romola_bucks @SleepWorkHealth @lin_ashleigh@jenforsleep@me_boyo#uwa
@DrMeenie @UWApsych Thank you for being there to support us @DrMeenie and the opportunity to speak @A_page007 and @jane_pillow ๐ป It was a wonderful night.
