If you don’t know what Lakeland 100 is, you run 105 miles round the lakes in 40 hours. There are themed checkpoints every 8 miles with food and supplies. Imagine reaching Wasdale at 1am Saturday morning, only to find out you’ve actually entered Alice in Sunderland...

@duracell_rachel @cruisingkerry @EnigmaGirl81 I'm not even sure what you mean by that. Exercise might help, but it can't solve everything. Lots of times it becomes another issue (over exercising, being too restrictive etc). Your theory is too simple-people and brains are much more complicated.

@duracell_rachel @cruisingkerry @EnigmaGirl81 Rachel, part of a lot of MH issues is not being able to get yourself out of a circle of unhelpful/destructive behaviour even if you know you should.. Also, if exercising and eating yourself out of these issues was easy then I'm sure lots more would do it.

@landg_uk Why can't I just change my DD account for home insurance? Tried online with no luck, phoned to be told it's a 10 day wait for a call back - the account no longer exists so it won't be paid. It needs changing now!
