Hi Paul, SW20 resident here at Sydney Road. Tonight we noticed that Raynes Park Community Church has chopped down this beautiful tree. Reduced to sawdust. Is councillor Ross Garrod aware? @rossgarrod @RPCC_Church @WimbledonNewsie

@RPLibDems @rossgarrod @RPCC_Church @WimbledonNewsie Thank you for looking into this. I cannot believe they’ve been so shortsighted to remove the tree. It added to the look of the church. Now all that’s there is ugly black tarmac - certainly not nature enhancing
