This leak in Ridley was reported to South East Water approximately 1 month ago. That's roughly 500k litres wasted. There is still a hosepipe ban in our area. 500k litres would be enough for 10,000 people to wash their cars.

@sewateruk We've had a leak on New Street Road that was first reported 3 weeks ago. Nothing has been done and it's still gushing water down the road. At the first frost, the entire road will freeze. Thank heavens there's a hosepipe ban. Wouldn't want to waste water 🙄

@sewateruk Hi. There's a burst/leaking main on New Street Road, TN15 that's been disgorging its contents for well over a week. The road has been closed for the last 3 days but no works seem to have taken place. Any updates on when this might be tackled please?

@OctopusEnergy Hi. How do I get a smart meter? I've asked at least 5 times, only ever had one response, which was to tell me that it was fine and i'd be hearing from an engineering team. That was several months ago and I haven't so far heard from them.

@GMB I get my electricity from Octopus energy which uses 100% renewable sources yet my monthly bill has jumped to £300 as the cost of renewable energy is linked to the price of gas. Why?

@UKPowerNetworks It's happened 4 times between 8am and 11am. It's very quick. My computer gets turned off, but it's not long enough for the oven clock to reset. That also makes it difficult to see if neighbours have been affected

@VaxUK Hi. I've just purchased the Blade 4. The DustTracker lights only seem to come on when the motorised brush is enabled. I have hardwood floors so don't use the motorised brush. Can the light be used without engaging the brushes?

@piersmorgan @MoneySavingExp @susannareid100 This is a massive time bomb waiting to happen. It's making it very difficult for some people to sell their homes, and was never made clear by developers. Please report on it.

@GMB You need to do a piece on Estate Rentcharges. These are a time bomb for anyone buying new build homes. We are having trouble selling our 6 year old home. Lenders don't want to provide mortgages to properties subject to these charges. Not mentioned by the developer.

I'd you have a new build home on an estate built by a developer, you will probably have an Estate Rentcharge (might be given a more friendly name). This scares mortgage lenders, and can make it very difficult to sell your home. BE AWARE if you're buying a new build #scam

Please share this as much as possible. Anyone buying a new build home is very likely to be affected by this. It's making it very difficult for us to sell our 6 year old house. Massive scam @MoneySavingExp
