School choice is not “bankrupting” Arizona.

The AZ Dept of Education, which administers the ESA program, has a fiscal surplus of $4 million.

Surpluses do not cause budget deficits.

It’s astounding how many lawmakers, reporters, and political pros fail (purposely?) to grasp this.
