@BobObi2020@adenlevicky@yorubachic Not "thanks for the taking the correction" rather, you should have said "Thank you for accepting the correction"😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Tobechukwu Victor Okoh has paid his dues to the streets and proven himself time and again. The work speaks for itself. Put some respect on his name. Masculinity!🫡
1. On 13 July 2026, I published a series of posts on my X (formerly Twitter) account "@n6oflife6" concerning Tobechukwu Victor Okoh, the recording artist professionally known as Peruzzi. In those posts I described him, among other things, as a rapist, a "Nationally Registered Rapist", a "sexual degenerate" and a "Pedophile". I alleged that he committed rape and settled the matter out of court, that he is destitute and unable to sustain himself, and that his history denied him a foreign visa. I invited members of the public to search his name alongside the word "RAPIST". I also published matter concerning his late mother, his father's health and his family's residence.
2. I hereby retract each and every one of those statements fully and unreservedly. They are false. Everything I published was baseless. I relied on unfounded allegations and rumours which I made no attempt whatsoever to fact-check, and nothing I asserted was within my own knowledge. Peruzzi is not a rapist. He is not a registered sex offender of any description. He is not a paedophile. There is no truth in any of the allegations I published about his character, his finances or his family.
3. I published those posts in anger because I believed at the time that Peruzzi had insulted me out of the blue. That belief was mistaken. The truth, which I now acknowledge, is that I was the one who first insulted him, and the diatribe that followed from me was entirely unjustified. Worse still, I allowed faceless netizens to spur me on, without any reason, and with each post I gave them more to work with. I let detractors take my lies and use them to tarnish Peruzzi's image, and I take responsibility for having armed them.
4. I also mocked Peruzzi's beginnings and his work as a songwriter. That too was wrong of me. We would not have the great artists we celebrate globally today if they did not have great songwriters behind them, and it is never a good reason to think less of any artist for any reason. As an artist myself, I ought to have known better.
5. I sincerely and unreservedly apologise to Peruzzi, to his family and to his fans and colleagues in the music industry for the hurt, embarrassment and damage my posts have caused him. I have deleted the offending posts from my account and I undertake not to repeat the allegations or publish any similar matter concerning him, whether directly or indirectly, on any platform.
