Just want to see if there’s a better, more meaningful way to understand what’s happening in this media trial.
Before we start, making it clear that:
Whoever is responsible for any wrongdoing must face consequences, no question. But before jumping to conclusions, let’s ask some important questions:
1. 🕒 Why wait 2-3 years to raise such serious allegations? If this was truly about justice, wouldn’t the natural course have been to approach the court or file a police complaint?
Why raise the issue just a day before the Supreme Court hearing on another habeas corpus petition (which the court dismissed anyway)?
With all the media visibility this issue has garnered, when asked why no police complaint was filed earlier, the response was that the individual was a core volunteer with Isha. How does that explain not pursuing legal action sooner?
2. ⚖️ If the intent was justice, a complaint should have been filed and allowed to proceed through the legal process. So why a press conference? If a complaint is filed, the law should take its course, and anyone found guilty should be punished.
But yes, we can continue the media and influencer trial court until then 😉
I’m sure most who are commenting here didn’t even watch the press conference and are commenting based on a newspaper clipping or an influencer’s tweet.
So, let’s separate facts from fiction on what was actually spoken:
1. 📽️ Watch the video: Hear directly from a student at Isha Home School about their experience.
2. 🛡️ POSH Compliance: Isha Foundation is fully compliant with sexual harassment regulations and has an active Internal Complaints Committee.
3. 🏅 Certified by TN Government: Isha Home School was inspected and certified by the TN Commission for Protection of Child Rights in 2022.
4. ❗ Missing Persons Misinformation: The Tamil Nadu police report confirmed that out of 6 missing persons linked to Isha, 5 were found, and the remaining case is under investigation. False narratives are being spread about missing people being cremated in a non-functional crematorium to create a false sense of panic.
5. 📜 Foundation's Response: Isha Foundation strongly condemns these baseless allegations and reaffirms its commitment to transparency, legal compliance, and integrity. Those who make defamatory claims will face serious legal consequences.
Each one of us has certain preferences and prejudices, which influences what we say in social media . But on serious issues like this, that’s why there’s a process to establish justice. Let’s give that due chance, rather than engaging in mudslinging.
Now, my take is that If you look at the coordinated nature of the attacks on Isha Foundation—starting with the habeas corpus petition, excessive use of police power, the false narrative set by TN media about missing people linking crematorium and expired medicines, followed by this press conference just before the Supreme Court's final verdict—along with media and political influencer amplification, the larger design behind this becomes clear.
This seems more like a coordinated campaign than a genuine quest for justice.
Time to question who are the real beneficiaries of this coordinated attack.
Let the truth prevail. Aum Namah Shivaya

We welcome the verdict of the Highest Court of the Land. It is most unfortunate that the Supreme Court is forced to waste its valuable time hearing frivolous petitions filed with malafide intent when there are innumerable genuine cases that need the Court’s attention. Time we learn to use the privileges of Democracy more responsibly. -Sg
