@NBN_Australia Again, general blog posts with general information are not adequate communication with customers. RSPs are also finding it lacking in dealing with NBN. Zero accountability.

@NBN_Australia Blanket figures are not providing adequate levels of information to customers on the ground. We are dealing with storm clean up, insurance, COVID, stay at home schooling etc. please give customers honest and accurate information. Plus get resources and equipment from interstate.
