@TonyShirley1611 They were battling for their own rebounds off of all the missed shots. Something like 80 misses. Would have liked to see the fouls even out a bit, but congrats Michigan.
@CarterDillonNFL If those are penalties, then call them. Also call the same penalties during the whole game. If they were not penalties earlier, don't call them on OT. Consistency is the complaint. The precedent was the non call PI in the end zone against Denver.
@mnwickens I also sat down today and read Mt 2 and wrote out my thoughts about "The Wise Men's Worship" for what I think will be Sunday's sermon.
Been thinking on the word 'treasures', and how it is used in scripture. So much light from God's word.
@RealJCochran It was a close call, not that atrocious. But speaking of atrocious, 314 rushing yards allowed. π¬ Almost made Pitt's day look half way dece... never mind.
@thejjalvarez@tranwei@Stephen_Angliss@dgh5391 Jer 31 has nothing to do with the gentiles at all. It is to Israel and will take place at the beginning of the millennium after the tribulation (time of Jacob's trouble.
@testing521 We are guilty before God because of our sin. But when we are given the righteousness of Christ "by the Spirit", which happens because of our faith in Jesus, we are guiltless before God. The new birth (see Col 2:11-13, 1Cor 12:13) seems to be the catalyst.
@testing521 Faith is first. "Justified by faith" Rom 3
1 Cor 6:11 washed, sanctified, justified "by the Spirit", also Titus 3:5 regeneration and renewing "of the Holy Ghost". New birth is "of the Spirit" Jn 3
Biblically it seems Faith>New birth>Justified
Biblical is greater than logical
@TonyShirley1611 A .
Steelers tickets are easy to sell, I could then get all the pizza I want and if I knew the Ravens were going to lose I wouldn't be able to root against them.
@IFFFMEISTER@testing521 Baptism in Acts 2 and 22 is an OT Jewish baptism that was connected with repentance & baptism for purification. To Paul it's revealed that, in Christ, we are baptized by the H.S. for salvation Jew or gentile. (Acts 1:5,1 Cor 12:13,Col 2:11&12) There is no water in Rom 6.
