@BigSwingTempo Exactly, I know it’s cliche, but it’s correct. Nothing goes well when you’re tense and forced. Golf teaches you life. Also, have fun out there, take second to take it all in. I’d suggest walking the course too if possible, helps you stay lose and in the right mindset.
@ConcernedPheas@Web_Golfs Nailed it. Not many things better. Especially when you do get it right. It’s hysterical when it looks great in the air and lands 30 yards short lol
@OfficialTourPro These numbers seem incredibly low. I’m stuck between 73-80. Still haven’t shot, or broken par but I’ve learned to limit mistakes. So 80% of golfers are really getting their teeth kicked in out there ha? That explains the alcohol consumption on the course.
I’d add another thing. Too often people go full speed in their backswing or at the top of their swing. You need to let the club fall into the slot first, and then go at it. Watch the guys with good tempo and pay attention to the last 1/2 of the downswing vs the top half. They’re swinging it hard at the bottom through impact.
@minombrejonas I have the kbs tour 130g x stiff. Way too heavy for me now and low launch. Spin is great, I just want a higher ball flight. I went with the kbs tour light stiff 100g. Should get a higher launch and some more distance. We shall see.
