Bob appeared as himself in Crossroads in 1966 opening the motel swimming pool (non-residents welcome).
Later, in 1980, he hosted the Variety Club of Great Britain's Crossroads Celebration.

@DylanDylan1909 @thetvroom If Ofcom had any real powers they should have said to STV 'you're not in financial trouble, you've just spent millions on a radio station no one asked for, if you wish to make these changes the Ch3 licence can be surrendered and we'll open bids' Would ITV bid? hmm.
