Whatever might happen in theory with exports hasn’t yet. So these figures are just a decline in the £.

@ClemCowton @thomasforth Generally yes. Labour cost is lower and retention often better, land cost is lower and a range of cost factors due to higher density populations can be higher. Slightly offset by some economies of scale - although a reasonable sized Northern Met or City should get those too.
