The others listed used non dom status to avoid full tax payment which is why they were here.

@paulpowlesland @EnvAgency Paul , might be worth sending this one through to the local authority also. CPN legislation might help with securing the site at a bare minimum and subsequent inspections to ensure it stays as such. I know it doesn’t help the existing waste but it might buy some time
