@DreAllDay Not always. Sometimes damages are an element of a cause of action and must be established before there can be a liability finding. In some situations damages will be presumed in defamation cases (depending on nature of defamatory content) but not always.

@DreAllDay Unclear from limited clip who you are referring to and the point. I assume it might be whoever said that was incorrect because Title VII provides legal protection to employees/applicants based on specific, limited group membership/characteristics.
