@HMRCcustomers reply time exceeded yet again - started as 18th July for claim submitted online on 2nd July, shifted to 23rd July - still nothing ... 2 calls later (each with a 50 minute wait) ... is anyone there!?

We have today received notification that the DVSA Planning Application to house the Whitchurch Driving Test service at the Civic Centre has been published by Shropshire Council.

In October, we signed up to the "Civility and Respect Pledge," supporting civil and respectful conduct when dealing with Councillors, our Employees & the Public.
The Civic Centre should be a pleasant place for all - behaviours against the spirit of this pledge are not tolerated.
