Indiana Democrats know a fresh reset with a viable candidate erases their chances at winning the SOS race. It’s why we’re seeing the increased vitriol from them. Let’s stay the course — we’re on the right path.
NEW: Democrats' odds of winning the race for Indiana Secretary of State have fallen nearly THIRTY points since Max Engling announced his campaign according to Kalshi
(Also please stop betting on elections, that’s really stupid)
Three reasons to back Max Engling for Indiana Secretary of State.
✅ He’ll lead the fight to close Indiana’s primaries and shut down chameleon carriers.
✅ He’s endorsed by the Avengers of Indiana conservatives including myself, Todd Rokita, Jim Banks, and Daniel Elliott.
✅ He’s the best candidate to crush the Democrats in November
Today, I proclaimed June as Nuclear Family Month in Indiana.
As a father of four and grandfather of seven, I have seen firsthand the impact that loving, committed families can have across multiple generations. As we approach America’s 250th anniversary, this proclamation recognizes the important role families play in shaping the future of our state and our country.
Indiana will continue supporting policies that strengthen families and help the next generation thrive.
@mass_ave So you’re saying Brett Scrogham wasn’t worthy of being kept safe? Who makes the cut? What’s the criteria?
You’re an unserious individual, and you are part of the problem.
@wolfofwarsh I happily and legally carry a sidearm, but that does not mean I’ll needlessly walk into a war zone. I come DT as little as possible because of it.
My reaction to Marion County's fifth homicide in a week.
I recently heard about the passing of Brett Scrogham, who was shot Thursday at 6 PM in a parking garage in an apparently random act of violence before he was set to meet his family for an Indians game. Unfortunately, this marks at least the fifth Indianapolis homicide in the last week. I wanted to share my deep condolences to the family and friends of:
Brett Scrogham,
Gregory Montrez Anderson,
Za Sean Allen Davis,
Jamell Williams, and
Patricia Wieber.
We can't allow ourselves to become so callous that we gloss over the fact that five people who were all with us just one week ago had their lives tragically cut short by violence in the crossroads of America
But this is not only tragic, it is infuriating. Like many families who occasionally take in an Indians game, we can't stop thinking about how something so wholesome and so American was turned into bloodshed and horror for this family. While we don't know all the facts, we do know that if families don't feel safe from random violence downtown at 6 PM on a Thursday, our capital will fall apart.
I want to clearly and unequivocally say that the level of crime and disorder in our capital is not normal. This is not acceptable. And it does NOT have to be our future.
No Indy mayoral or prosecutorial candidate is worthy of being elected unless they present a detailed policing and enforcement plan to secure our capital city.
If this isn’t their number one issue, toss them.
WOW: Mayor of CARMEL (IN) rated #1 place to live in U.S. says Indianapolis is Exporting Crime to her City
57% of those Arrested + 40% of all Jail Inmates are Indy Residents committing crimes in Carmel
