@Mac_The_Jazz I don’t think anybody realizes how good Lauri is. He’s a more athletic 7 foot Klay Thompson. Can get 35 points within the offensive flow, put backs, fast brakes and a handful of plays run for him. He’s the perfect glue guy that’s a star while 1 or 2 other guys really shine.
@kirkmckee13@MarkW_E01 A guy who’s 6’9” with a 7’1” wingspan and another who’s 7’0” with a 7’4” wingspan having the exact same standing reach doesn’t add up. The taller player has a three-inch advantage in both height and wingspan, so you’d expect his standing reach to be several inches higher.
@AJ3Jazz He would be a great pick up. Crazy that people are saying there’s not enough balls to go around, or that we have too many guys in one position when he plays small forward through Center. He knows the offense he’s a great teammate and not everyone will to stay healthy all year
@danclayt0n@zarinf There’s also a scenario where Ace or DP becomes our No. 1, and then we have 3 or 4 guys who could realistically be a #2, 3, or 4 option. They all could make a legitimate argument for being the second-best player on this team—or even on most teams. That’s definitely a possibility
@BIRDhombre@TuskedUp Even with the development, if you take all the guys in his same range as far as stats very seldom, do they improve the point where they are a viable three point threat. Historically speaking.
@BIRDhombre@TuskedUp Do you not watch the playoff? Ausar played himself to the bench during the playoffs. He can’t even shoot. This is a horrible trade idea.
@CJRealHoops2 There’s no way they do it. I don’t think they have the guts to take Peterson first and live with the consequences even if he is the better player. Which intern actually blesses the Jazz with the guy I think most Jazz fans have decided they want anyway.
