@Doug_Ennis @MedBonnevie@EllLipski@DajoSanders Anecdotally, I have seen this in athletes who ride more inside vs. outside. You are going to become stronger in what you do more often. Do 10% or less indoors and you will see 5%+ greater power outdoors. Do 10% or less outdoors and you will see greater power indoors.
@Ferguson_RA @ChrisPeden82 Would like to hear Chris’s opinion. But I can say it’s clear cut that AMPK signaling as a result of Endurance training will inhibit strength gains for around 3 hours. So make your conclusions around that.
