Update - Rajasthan High Court (Jodhpur Bench)

On the matter of Tax Audit Due Date Extension, the Hon'ble Court has directed an interim order that:

- Considering technical glitches and pendency Respondents are required to issue a notification extending the due date for filing of tax audit report - The facility to file audit reports must be made fully operational.

- Due date to be extended for 30 days- 31st October

Next date of hearing 27th October

Request to consider extension of TaxAudit filing due to:

1) Non-audit ITRs got 45+1 days extension, but 0 days for audits

Traditionally, there’s a 2-month gap between non-audit ITR & tax audit filing.

This year gap is only 14 days.

Immediate extension will greatly relieve honest taxpayers & CAs.

@askGST_GoI I have not mentioned stock details agnst which duty paid invoices are not availble in GST Tran 1 and filed the same...but now portal is not allowing me to enter details in GST Tran 2 ....so is there any way, i can take the benefit of 60/40 scheme.....please suggest...
