90% of companies missed their AI savings targets. Only 7% run fully autonomous AI agents in production.

Those two numbers are the same problem.

Companies built AI strategies around autonomous agent economics, full automation, dramatic cost reduction, and compounding returns.

Then discovered that autonomous agents at scale require clean data, redesigned processes, and governance infrastructure that most organizations don't have.

Without those foundations:

↳ Agents hallucinate on bad data and require human remediation — eliminating the labor savings
↳ Broken processes get automated — locking in the inefficiency at AI speed

The savings gap and the agent deployment gap are not separate failures.
