@UKLabour Need to make it as easy to cancel as it is to sign up. If you can sign up with one click online, shouldn't have to call customer service during office hours to cancel.

@ally_jones @Otto_English @paulwaugh Obviously they'd need more examiners. (There's currently a 4-6 month backlog.) And I'm not sure if it needs to be every 5 years. But I do think it's odd you can go from 16 to 70+ with not so much as a refresher.

@ally_jones @Otto_English @paulwaugh Just did my UK driving exam after years of driving overseas. At first I didn't like my instructor telling me to take corners extra slowly, and drive like a chauffeur. Now I feel a lot less stressed. I appreciated having to re-learn.

All the delays seem to be on the Octopus side.

Over a week later, Octopus still say they are waiting for the export MPAN.
