This is me: Travel, read books, listen to music, Erasure, Tea and chocolate. Long Covid since 2022 and fighting for proper treatment for #longcovid#mecfs
Hjelp oss å spre oppmerksomhet om Long Covid Awareness Day!
Her trenger vi din hjelp!
find a supporting community with LC / Me/CFS people online. Pacing or dividing activities into smaller bulks with rest in between. Breath work and meditation. Keeping hope and believe that one day I’ll recover #LongCovid#LongCovidrecovery#LongCovidAwarenessMonth
For me it has been loads of hours with sleep/rest. Yoga Nindra has made a different on my insomnia days. Limiting time with friends/outings, use earplugs in public. Sleeping mask during the light sensitivity. Positive mindset (not always easy). #longcovid#longcovidrecovery
We hope our new #LongCOVID webpage👇❤️🩹

@katetwhitley Good that you took them! I wanna buy engage next cause they filter out background noise and still make it possible to keep an conversation- or so they claim at least 😅Sounds like you did what you could to minimise the fatigue afterwards
@katetwhitley I agree with you there! I use loops earplugs when out in public to minimise fatigue from noise. They have different options of models for usage. I got quiet one and the experience pro (that I’ll test fully on a concert later today). Worth to look into at least 😊
@katetwhitley I’m so so sorry you have to go through this! LC is hard, but there are communities here, on facebook and instagram that helps tons for me to not feel alone in it. Sending you a big hug ❤️🩹
