As I've been forecasting, a weak U.S. labor market, already massive and soaring federal debt, and the need to keep Japan from selling Treasuries mean the Fed won't hike rates no matter how far above 2% annual CPI gains rise. Inflation will become a much bigger problem. Got gold?
Gold, silver and miners have all confirmed that we finally have a bottom to this grueling 6 month correction into the half 8 year cycle low. We are already well on our way to recovering all losses from re entering a little too early, and ultimately we will end up producing another good to great year in 2026. At least those people that followed my instructions will. Those that got too greedy, bet way too much on leverage against my advice are going to pay a heavy penalty for ignoring my warnings about too much leverage.
This is still a bull market, and bull markets make higher highs. I expect gold to make new highs this year as well as miners. Silver may take a little longer and it may be 2027 before it rallies above $120, but it will get there.
This doesn't mean it will be a straight shot back up. I expect plenty of volatility along the way.... unless this turns into the final bubble phase. I have no idea how to predict that at this point though. I'm assuming we still have at least a couple more years before that phase of the bull arrives.
