Kaduna State Governmmet, through the Kaduna State Bureau of Substance Abuse Prevention, Treatment and Rehabilitation (KADBUSA), has begun the process of integrating Psychosocial Services at the Primary Health Care level, an evidence based strategy to address Drug Use Disorders.
