One of my ladies didn’t show up for work today. She’s always at least 15 minutes early, and she was now 10 minutes late. She didn’t answer any calls and I started to worry, so I texted her. This is my worst fear. Nothing is real. How is this real? I’m seriously going to throw up.

& they basically made me feel like shit because it’s not something I actually suffer from. So I was embarrassed, and I stopped saying it and moved to something else. Well..... GUESS WHAT. The real kind. And it freaking sucks. A lot. And I had it the whole time.

You know how people go through phases of saying certain phrases/responses. Well In highschool I would always say “that gives me anxiety” in response to things that stressed me out & one of my friends go upset with me saying “you know some people actually suffer from REAL anxiety”

I just saw a TikTok that reminded me of one birthday party of mine where we all had the great idea of playing “American idol” & forced everyone to go up & sing while we judged them & honestly that was pretty traumatizing. & then my little brother called 911. I’m not kidding. 🙃
