@SW_Help we’ve been at Waterloo for 2 hours now with no information when then next train to Godalming will be leaving. Please could you give me an update or is SWR just going to leave us at Waterloo for the night?

@SW_Help Please change it back to 2 trains an hour as it’s causing a lot of inconvenience. Wouldn’t it make sense to add it to the stopping service? I now have to change trains to get to clapham which is ridiculous.

Hi @SW_Help why is the Portsmouth to London Wat stopping service, not stopping at Farncombe? Eg the 10:24 from Port & SS to LondonWat? It’s like Farncombe has been forgotten. Why is there only one train an hour? There use to be 2 trains per hour pre covid.

@AsdaServiceTeam my delivery is hour and half late of the delivery slot (it still hasn’t arrived) Called the customers services and they weren’t able to help. Not impressed with the service received today.
