Cryogenic biobanking at -165°C is the best practice but often inaccessible for smaller labs. I have been waiting for a delivery for over 2 weeks. Delivery within Europe! @UPS May I ask what takes so long? Clearly, the parcel has arrived to the Carpi warehouse a week ago! I emailed to the Italian branch but got no response. Since when #UPS needs weeks to deliver? #UPSslow
