Here's how I did this
1. ID bulk sketchy green card submissions. @LayoffAI has a great website that shows H1-B filings by company and county
2. Go to your county and examine the list of H1-B filers. Skip the big sponsors (IBM, etc.) and focus on odd names with smaller #s
@SenatorBanks Children of temporary visas and green-card holders should also be excluded.
To be a citizen you must have at least one parent who's a citizen and the other must have a non-temporary legal status.
If one parent is illegal, then the child is not a citizen.
@SenEricSchmitt At least one parent must be a citizen and the other must have a non-temporary legal status.
Two green-card holders should not have access to birthright citizenship.
They still hold a foreign passport and can always be sent back.
As I’ve said already, I don’t think it’s specific to a restaurant but a supply chain. Even if Taco Bell is one outlet, there are others. And my bet is still on lettuce.
BUT why isn’t anyone asking why there is human poop in the soil of farms. This can ONLY come from human feces that’s been festering in soil. Cyclospora outbreaks originate from human fecal contamination of water or the agricultural environment. The parasite matures in the environment and can contaminate fresh produce that’s eaten raw.
Since restarting the naval blockade against Iranian ports 17 hours ago, U.S. forces have redirected 2 commercial vessels attempting to run the blockade. The U.S. military remains vigilant and prepared to ensure full compliance.
Indian excellence: Inherit one of America's most prestigious tech giants, and completely run it into the ground by purging whites and replacing them with parasitic ethnic nepotism. The whole company pretends to work.
**6 AM Call to Action**
Employers can become completely hijacked when H-1B networks take over their hiring pipeline.
Once a clique forms, they begin favoring their own for new roles. Nepotism kicks in. Less qualified people get hired because they are from the same network, same country, or same outsourcing firm. Competence drops. American workers who speak up about the lack of talent get sidelined or pushed out.
Good companies that want to hire real talent often feel powerless once the pipeline is captured. They know the problem but fear lawsuits, bad optics, or internal pushback.
If you see clear nepotism, consistent lack of qualifications, or communication failures that hurt the mission, report it. It could be that is exactly what leadership is hoping for.
Official channels:
- USCIS Tip Form (H-1B fraud, misrepresentation, qualification issues): https://t.co/RvF91BTY75
- Department of Labor – Office of Foreign Labor Certification: https://t.co/YxwGF1Q5Nw
- Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division: 1-866-4-USWAGE (1-866-487-9243)
You can report anonymously in most cases.
This is how good employers get the ammunition they need to push back and reclaim their hiring process. Staying silent only lets the hijacking continue.
Question for folks willing to speak up:
Have you seen a company’s hiring pipeline get captured by an H-1B network leading to nepotism and declining talent?
Drop what you observed.
@AuronMacintyre Depends on the type of woman.
In the Bible, there are examples of courageous women with authority.
If God is okay with it, so should we.
After traveling with young kids a lot recently and experiencing airports in a whole new way, it’s clear our society staunchly prioritizes “seniors” over families with young children and I have become a single issue voter on reversing this hierarchy
