It's been 1 year since @compass_mining first started "repairing" my bitcoin miner. I didn't know bitcoin miners took this long to repair.

To make things worse, they no longer respond to my ticket when I request an update on my miner's status and they only respond with "we are merging this ticket" I create a new ticket.

I am highly disappointed with Compass's Customer Service.
