@Headteacherchat You sound as if you have plenty of experience, it depends if you want it though. It can take a while to get used to the fact that everything stops with you and sometimes that weighs heavily. If you haven't already done one, I highly recommend doing an NPQH.

This puts immense pressure on schools to narrow curriculum which is further disadvataging chn.
