At 12 noon today, my 85 year old mum will have sat waiting for a Telstra technician to arrive for 6 SIX separate 4 hour appointment sessions.

To ‘resolve’, @Telstra booked 5 new appointments - each time they have failed to attend.

@Telstra Life - still slipping by and at risk. It is now 2 hours on hold after @Telstra failed on its promise to restore essential landline service yesterday to two elderly, vulnerable customers relying on the landline for 000 and nursing care.

@andy_penn Third time in two years elderly parents without a landline for more than 20 weeks because @telstra has ‘accidentally deleted’ their service and can’t fix it up. Shocking wait times, multiple hang ups from call centres as try to resolve it with agents who never fail to ring back.

@Telstra Patience has disappeared. Elderly parents without landline as it was ‘accidentally deleted’ without explanation. On phone for over three hours this pm until the service team hung up on me. I asked for a case no. in case we were disconnected but this question was dodged
