This morning was so much fun! Christmas antics at the natural Spa Soma, we did statics in the pool, then jumped in for a swim & wood fired sauna, it was a balmy 10 degrees in the pond. So much respect for our hardcore Cornish cold water divers. Such a lovely spot!
