Here's what reviewers are saying and how to order your copy…
@lcgeography Apologies for the delay Alistair and thank you for your help. I have managed to find some great resources for the water cycle, but not much on carbon. Anything to do with the global cycle, changes in stores over time, or the carbon cycle in tropical rainforests would be great!
@lcgeography can you recommend any GIS resources linked to the Water & Carbon cycle please? Looking at adding more GIS at A level and would appreciate any suggestions if you have come across anything useful. Thank you!
@mrblakefitminds @SFL2326 @MrLPeachey @PearceMrs@m_chiles@MrM_Hughes@MrNP4TEL@willodave_dave Apologies for asking in the holidays, but if you didn't mind, please could I see a copy of this if possible? I am interested to run something like this in the autumn term and would really appreciate seeing an example. Thank you so much!
@fiona_616@kate_stockings@MrHand__@DipoFaloyin@The_GA These lessons are fantastic Fiona and my summer job was to plan a lesson on the dangers of the single story. Thank you so much for being so generous in sharing this!
@GrahamGeog@fiona_616 Yes we teach Water & Carbon first. I find it sets up the systems theory really well which is then referred back to throughout the other topics. Although, I will admit that it definitely isn't my favourite topic and is on my to do list to tweak over the summer.
@SeanDunnGeog 21st century issues please! 🙏 we teach a ‘global issues’ topic but need some inspiration to improve this topic desperately! A huge thank you for sharing your resources. It is incredibly generous of you!
I want to improve my lessons for the AQA A level Water & Carbon topic over the summer as I don’t feel that I do it justice. Can anyone be a huge help and point me in the direction of some great resources please 🙏 retweets much appreciated! #geographyteacher#geography
@Geo_Dougie Have you got any resources that you use for teaching this please? Love the idea of bringing in Malthus and would love to know what you do in lessons 6/7.
Grateful for any suggestions for improving attendance of Pupil Premium students. Can anyone point me in the right direction towards any research, strategies, other schools to speak to please? Thank you! @marcrowland73@MrsSpalding
