Very frustrated with @MOHELA . Put on-hold for supervisor. Wait time 78 minutes. 3 hours later hung up Called back. Put on-hold again. After waiting another 2 hours 40 minutes. Told to call back tomorrow. Then asked to rate their service. Couldn’t give them 0.
