@easyJet When we finally got on the flight, there was space for bags, we needn't have crushed items to fit them in and meant we were left without things we wanted for the flight (headphones, book, charger etc...) all of which was easily accessible in our handbags before we decanted them

@easyJet #3 they then proceeded to slow down boarding even more by checking the size of every bag going on the flight, despite the fact my friends bag was smaller than most in the queue with us. All the while the attitude and manner of the staff was hostile and unhelpful

@easyJet #2 Throughout the process, the staff were rude, unhelpful and said if we couldn't fit all of our stuff and our handbags in our carry on, they would put it in the hold and we would be charged €60 per bag. We were not the only ones.

@easyJet #1 When we arrived at barcelona airport to board the flight, we were told we were only allowed one bag. This is despite flying out with a carry on and a handbag with no issues and there being space under the sear in front of me for my very small handbag.
