Complex skill execution is critical in big moments. Developing coordination, body awareness, safe rolling mechanics and strength in unfamiliar positions takes time and has to be trained in the right environment.

Our year 8 netball team took part in a tournament tonight against 5 other schools and came FIRST!! 🥇🏆 unbeaten in every game and only conceded 1 goal in the whole tournament. Absolutely amazing, well done 😆

@MissCampionPE Give them a starter activity as they walk through the door so they’re on task straight away, apply behaviour system and seating plan- change it if not working even if it changes a lot to start with, timed activities- stopwatch on board, keeps focus -That’s what I’ve found works x
