Often we as educators hear students saying how they don't like math or they hate science and so on. But it is because of the way the teacher is presenting the information and teaching it. #diglitclass

I love the principles for North Star because students get to make their own choices. If they leave school, they are off to prove them wrong and are not belittled for it. They let the students be free #diglitclass

WOW! Sudbury Valley School seems out of this world. It is so exciting to me to read about no tests, no curriculum and students free to explore and experience many different aspects. They are truly learning hands on. #diglitclass

I could view my grades online whenever I wanted during high school and I became obsessed with looking. Learning should matter - not tests or grades. #diglitclass

Students are feeling the pressure to do good on tests and get a good grade which is causing them to memorize or cram - then they lose the information after the test. #diglitclass
