My biggest area to focus on in my NQT year - positive reinforcement. It’s so important to focus on the positive behaviour in the classroom rather than the negative. Staying positive can reduce negative behaviour and a negative atmosphere 🤞🏻😌 #NQTSupportSunday @studio_teachers
