@ZARA_Care My recent order was not delivered to my building, despite being marked as delivered. The proof-of-delivery photo uploaded by GoBolt clearly shows a different building than mine. While the courier may have delivered the package to another building with the same building number (24), it is not my building and not the address listed on my order. Before the package was marked as delivered, I even messaged the courier asking them to bring the package upstairs to Apartment 8J on the 8th floor. The building shown in the proof-of-delivery photo is a brownstone, and anyone familiar with NYC knows that a brownstone does not have an 8th floor. That fact alone should have alerted the courier that they were at the wrong location.
By comparing the proof-of-delivery photo with Google Maps Street View for my delivery address, it is clear that the building in the courier's photo does not match my building (see attached photo for proof). This demonstrates that my package was delivered to the wrong location, and I never received it.
I contacted Zara Customer Service expecting this obvious delivery error to be corrected. Instead, I was told the case was closed and that no refund or replacement would be issued.
A delivery confirmation is only valid if the package is delivered to the correct address. A photograph of a package left at the wrong building is not proof that I received my order.
I respectfully request that Zara:
Properly review the proof-of-delivery photo.
Compare it with my actual delivery address using Google Maps or another verification method.
Acknowledge that the courier delivered the package to the wrong building.
Issue a full refund or replacement without further delay.
I should not have to repeatedly dispute charges or spend my time proving that a courier failed to deliver my order to the correct address. That is Zara's responsibility. I expect Zara to stand behind its customers and hold its delivery partners accountable when clear delivery errors occur.
@wadi111 Proof that I sent a DM and received a response. Again, your customer service process has been disorganized, dismissive, and truly disrespectful.

I am writing to formally complain about the handling of my recent order 54669374448 and the lack of proper resolution following its delivery.
My order was not delivered to my apartment as instructed and as paid for, $4.95 to be exact, nor was it brought inside my apartment building. Instead, it was left outside at the front of the building, where it was unsecured and exposed to theft. I contacted Zara to dispute the delivery, and an investigation was opened. However, I never received any follow-up or update regarding the status or outcome of that investigation.
When I called again to follow up, I spoke with a representative named Teresa, who informed me that the order was “delivered as instructed” and that no further action could be taken. She stated that she could not transfer me to anyone, could not escalate the matter, and that this was the final resolution. This response was unacceptable, especially because the package was not delivered to my apartment.
What was even more frustrating was that Teresa asked whether I had proof of the theft, such as security footage or photos. This was an unreasonable and dismissive request. I am not expected to be outside with a camera waiting for someone to steal a package that should have been delivered properly and securely in the first place.
I am extremely disappointed by both the delivery issue and the way my complaint was handled. Leaving an order outside an apartment building is not a secure delivery, and I should not be held responsible for Zara’s failure to ensure that the package was delivered to the correct and safe location.
I am requesting that Zara review this matter again, escalate my complaint to a manager or corporate representative, and provide a fair resolution, including either a replacement or a refund for the undelivered items.

Harvard has set an example for other higher-ed institutions – rejecting an unlawful and ham-handed attempt to stifle academic freedom, while taking concrete steps to make sure all students at Harvard can benefit from an environment of intellectual inquiry, rigorous debate and mutual respect. Let’s hope other institutions follow suit.
Very sad to hear that UMass is rescinding all PhD admissions for Fall 2025. This means there will be no new PhD cohort, and UMass will not have a graduating class that year. This is just unprecedented and I am so very sorry for all the affected students.

Israel has a right to defend itself against Hamas. But innocent Palestinians also have a right to life and security. I’m calling for a humanitarian pause by all parties so that critical aid can be delivered to the suffering people of Gaza and for the immediate release of all hostages.
