@EE I have just clicked on the link and it says everything is working. We have restarted our phones and our router and still NOTHING! Something must be wrong if there are other people experiencing this too!

@DHLParcelUK I have been waiting for a parcel and the app and website say it's still at the depot. I called to ask where it is and was told it was delayed! No idea of where it is or when it will be delivered. It says it will be delivered today but I was told it probably won't be.
