@duCares trying to call you guys for almost 2 hrs no answer… agent offered an upgrade for an amount of 25 aed difference per month yesterday this morning received the contract it’s a difference of over 200 aed !!! Nobody to speak to resolve this not impressed at all

@emirates Absolutely applied that you have not even bothered to reply to my follow up regarding my complaint. Clearly allowing passengers to walk into business class and get drinks etc numerous times is now allowed
