@ConditionOne247@spann Because even today, emergency alerts on phones are very flawed. I'm very used to getting alerts for the top of my county even though I'm in the southern tip of mine. I hate it and wish there was a better system. Phone emergency alerts depend on tower location I believe as well.
To the Google Map editor who denied adding this place on the map 2 different times - just know that we knew how important it was to help people find this place and for some reason, you didn't.
So we created a Google Business account.. and now people can find us.
@mrmajamojo@JomboyMedia Yes! We typically have a knob to control program volume. It's useful to listen to so we can grab pickup shots of whatever they're talking about if we're free. We can balance comms and program however we'd like.
I'm loving the "um actually 🤓☝️ this was zoomed in!" crowd because they really don't know that this was not supposed to happen. Someone was not where they were supposed to be, either heli or drone.
@ryanvaughan We've been told in the past that the only radar were allowed to broadcast on E+ is AccuWeather - even if we have permission elsewhere. It's frustrating, but this is that so I dunno
@brookielove44@Emmafromtwt yeah it's really odd to me that he's using the 'i really don't know what we're gonna do' when literally everyone is just telling them to do a GoFundMe. I hate to be negative about it, but you are not helping your situation by saying no. But you'd rather possibly sell the house
Update: NBC4 aerial reporter Eliana Moreno & pilot George Marciniak were killed in today’s helicopter crash in Chatsworth. They brought us the news from above with courage & dedication. Heartbroken by this tragic loss. Prayers for their families, friends & the entire NBCLA family
@sissythatpatch I was gonna say the same but they followed up by saying everyone in this clip was speeding like 100+ so no one was caring about those rules
We’ve been covering settler violence against Palestinians in the West Bank for years.
But yesterday, we found ourselves on the menu.
A group of masked settlers beat our team and pummelled the 51 year old woman we were interviewing unconscious.
We’re all ok now - and Aida is out of the hospital - but this is just one incident among an unprecedented surge in settler violence across the West Bank.
Here’s out story on yesterday’s attack on Sunday Today on @NBCNews.

@Vale_O_Paradise "I don't wanna live in Valpo"
dude it's honestly one of the safest "cities" due to its size. Call me a small town guy, but I wouldn't wanna live in half of these places *because* it's in a large city.
