I’ve even been told an officer followed a woman home once to find out her name. They go WAY over the top.

If they don’t get the tickets, then they’re not hitting KPI’s and can’t justify their jobs.

@Biped_K1 @harrow_council They worked for Kingdom, an enforcement contractor. My Local authority in Kent used to hire them. One officer followed a person onto a bus and made the driver evacuate the passengers until the person he was trying to fine for littering gave him their details.
