@KentROSystems Could you please look into the req 320434. The RO is not working for past 1month and your technicians(senior technician visited twice already) are not competent enough to fix the problem. Is this how you aim to provide the maintenance of the machines you make?
@KentROSystems Its the end of the day and we have not received a single call back from Kent on the requests raised today. The senior executive was supposed to call us within 2 hours of raising the escalation(as communicated by customer care) but as usual we did not receive a call.
